- Individual and Church Volunteer Opportunities
- Workplace Participation – for your employees
- Start a Collection for Immediate Needs or Gifts in Kind donations like groceries, cleaning supplies, clothing and personal care, or home furnishing donations.
- Explore our many Individual Serving Opportunities
- Teach a class or start a shelter-to-employment career training program
- Host or Sponsor a Special Event
- Employing Wayside Cross graduates – provide employment opportunities for graduating men from our Master’s Touch program, and women the from Lifespring program

There are many ways to serve onsite that fit your interests and busy life.
Your Individual Skills and our Community Partners are invaluable assets that help us develop new training curriculum in our HOPE OUTREACH work-study program. They contribute as volunteers and mentors and support our financial needs. Some even become board members.

These days, Lark has gained some really good friendships at Lifespring. She appreciates that there are people in the program that she can share her struggles with, like a resident named Rica, who is very knowledgeable about the Bible. “She’ll quote me things and talk to me.” She has helped Lark through some tough times. Women in the Lifespring program all come from different walks of life. Lark shared, “But we are all here for the same reason. We’re broken, and we need help. We need God! We are here wanting to know how to be put back together…but for the most part we are a family.”
